charming retreat near boboli gardens

The location was convenient.. a short walk took me to the main attractions and the boboli gardens were practically next door. i particularly enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool after a day of sightseeing. It was the perfect way to unwind. the staff were also friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had.
the room decor felt a little dated, though it was clean and functional.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. my classic double or twin room was spacious (i could easily relax there after long walks). the pool was a true highlight. i found the surrounding green area to be a peaceful retreat.
the snack bar closed relatively early, which limited options for late-night refreshments (i wished it stayed open a bit later).

The breakfast buffet offered a satisfying selection of fruits, vegetables, and both sweet and savory options. Everything seemed fresh and plentiful (especially the pastries). the dining area was clean and well kept.

fantastic accommodation close to attractions
great conditionkind personpool seating
i totally loved the staff members, especially angela! she provided extraordinary help and she was kind and professional. the hotel is in great condition and the location is only fifteen minutes away from all the center attractions (i walked everywhere!).
the pool area did not have enough seating for everyone. there were a couple of families of 6 present, and this meant there were no more sun beds or chairs for anyone else. they need to address this.
